The Matterhorn
Zermatt
There's a cemetery in Zermatt where many mountaineers are buried who died on the Matterhorn and surrounding mountains. Very poignant place. A Lot of the headstones are in the shape of the Matterhorn and many have ice axes as part of it.
Now there are infinitely worse places to live than Zermatt - lovely tiny town where Simon lives - although is probably horrendous when ski season is underway!
